I would like to volunteer my services for GATOR BY THE BAY Mardi Gras Zydeco and Blues Festival and agree to the following:

1. To read the enclosed information to familiarize myself with the Cajun Zydeco traditions, festival activities, and beneficiaries.

2. To fulfill all confirmed shifts and arrive on time for each shift.

3. To wear the official GATOR BY THE BAY Vest during my shift(s).

4. Not to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs during my scheduled shifts.
(If you wish to consume alcohol after your shift, please remove the Gator Vest.)

5. To be an ambassador of good will and help the festival guests in any and all capacities.

6. All shifts will be filled on a first come, first served basis. I understand that I may be asked to fill in another area than I was originally assigned.

I, the undersigned, do hereby forever discharge, release and hold harmless, the City of San Diego, Festival Group, Inc., and all festival sponsors, of and from any and all manner of action, suits, damages, or claims whatsoever arising from any loss or damage to the person or persons or property of the undersigned while in the possession or under the supervision of the same. I hereby consent to all rules and regulations established for the festival and understand that the Festival Coordination Committee will have final authority. I understand that failure to abide by the above stated guidelines will result in my immediate dismissal at the festival.

Furthermore, I release permission for any publicity or media photography and/or video that may be taken of me while I am volunteering at the festival, and relinquish all control and/or monetary gain for its use.
